Welcome to my cosy illustrated world

I draw small things that make me smile, mostly happy animals, nature, food and other cheerful little things.

I’ve always loved illustrations with simple shapes, expressive faces and a bit of personality. Most of my bird illustrations are inspired by real species I’ve encountered over the years, from tiny birds near my university in Mexico to the robins and garden birds I now see on walks around the UK.

I like learning through drawing, collecting visual memories from places and creating illustrations that are playful and warm.
